Collection of your personal information
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

Use of your personal information
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill your enquiry placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. The website may not be hosted in Australia. For that reason, we may transfer all data on the website (including all personal information) to hosting services provider in other countries such as Canada and the United States. You hereby consent to this transfer.
Accessing Your Personal Information
National Privacy Principle 6 of the Australian Privacy Act 1998 (Cth) allows you to get access to, and correct, the personal information we hold about you in certain circumstances. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. mOOvement reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
